Trunk Release Interior Button

I have a 2002 Lexu ES300. 60000 miles. The interior trunk release button doe not work. Any suggestions. Thanks.

check your fuses, and see if you are getting power to the button.

older es models had a trunk release defeat switch in the glove box. see if there is one there.
