steering wheel vibration

'97 Lexus ES300 110000 mileage.Have recently replaced all struts and brake rotors and have had tires inspected and balanced but car has now developed a shimmy in steering wheel at speed of 30 mph and less. At higher speeds the vibration in steering wheel disappears. what do you suggest?

I would look at having my front end suspension parts like the tie rod ends checked for wear, since they can give you a shimmy too.

I know the tires were inspected , but have them rotated front to back, not an x pattern and see if it changes anything, kinda sounds like a tire is seperating

have a shop chk ur U-joints and make sure all tires are balanced!!!.......let me know how it come out...

get the cv joints checked and the carrier bearing on the passenger side axle.
