I bought a 1995 es 300 3.0 with 130,000 miles, 10 minutes off the lot the car shut down I had a 50% 30 day warranty on the car the dealer said that the car spun the main barring ,they put a new engine in for me for $1000 out of my pocket. when I pick the car up it was leaking trans fluid like crazy I took the car rite back, they said the mechanic must have put the front seal in wrong and they would fix it for free. over the next week I call them a bunch of times they told me put in a new seal and it was still leaking so they tried again I called them and the they said the third seal a temped is still leaking and told me that they were going to send the trans to a Toyota dealer to fix it.The dealer I bought the car from tried to said when the car spun the main barring and the car was still roll in gear that it might of blown the pump so that means a have to pay for this ,A friend told me that work's for Lexus that does not sound rite and he think s that it is the mechanic's fault ,and when he puts it back together he messing with he torque converter and that why the trans keeps blowing the seal .now it been three weeks since I bought the car Ive spent only 30 min driving it and I not trying to pay for something that's the mechanic's fault. any input?
