Hey, I am new here, and trying to figure things out, so bear with me.

I have a 1992 Lexus ES300, V6 (I dont think mileage should matter for a light, but in any case it is 235,900)

I want to install new low beam headlights, as the old ones are too dim. I cannot figure out how to get in at them without physically removing things, like the windsheild washer fluid resevoir, etc. My manual says they must be installed professionally (of course!) Is there a way, or do I take it in?

these bulbs don't just dim in pairs...check thew lenses for fogging. Then check the ground for the lights.
