car starts then shuts off

I have a 93 lexus es300. Had the timing belt replaced and they did it wrong . I fixed it. The back camshaft was off 1/4 turn. Now the car starts like it should then shuts off within like 1 or 2 seconds. The car has sat for about 3 years. I replaced the fuel filter. Please help What could this be? thanks
