My mechanic replaced the timing belt. He got an error message when he lifted the car up to get underneath to tighten the engine cover. When he inserted a generic scanner into the port under the steering column, the " VSC off" light came on and he/I cannot get it off. Any suggestions? He does not have a Lexus scanner.
