2001 Lexus LS 430 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a car Lexus 430. Now ECM is not active. i have buy ECM second hand, try to repair but it is always not active.
So i want to know how i can repair it .

Hi there,

This is a specialist computer techs job, i have no information on repairs, and this will depend on which section is faulty, if you don't handle ECM's correctly, you can destroy them.
