Steering problem
1996 Lexus LS 400 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Power steering would whine just like it was out of fluid. Replaced pump and hoses and bleed system. After repairs would do fine for a minute then would resume whining like it was out of fluid noticed alot of air building up in the fluid. Any thoughts on this one
