what does it mean when the "O/D Off" light is flashing during driving. Handbook says we need to contact dealer - this may have something to do with the transmission. And how much could repairs cost?

HI there,

This is a fault code which will have to be reads with a scanner, costs of any repairs will not be known until the fault is fully diagnosed.
