Noises problem
1992 Lexus LS 400 V8 209000 miles

Noise when making a right turn. Not very loud. Regular and repetitive. Maybe 4 or 5 noises per turn. Noise increases at the peak of the cornering radius and then stops for the rest of the turn. Ends too quickly to tell whether it's coming from the front or back, but unmistakably from driver's side of vehicle. Noise greater in steeper turns. No noise when going constantly around to the right. No noise when turning left.

What type of noise? Banging? Clicking? Grinding? How would you catagorize it?

It's not banging. Kind of a grinding sound spaced regularly apart. Not a winding grind, but short.

Just bought it used so don't know but there's still brake pads left. No noise when braking in a straight line. Brakes well.

Worth a look, it could be a hub bearing, and have those checked at the same time...
