1992 Lexus LS 400 change spark plugs

Where are the plugs on this car. I've been a mechanic for years. I just hope I don't have to take the whole top of the engine off to service the plugs.

at the of the cylinder heads there is a plastic cover that has 4-10mm bolts holding it on,it also cover's the to of the distributers at the end of the heads,the plugs are under the cover.
