Electrical problem
1991 Lexus LS 400 V8 Automatic

After replacing the fuse for the alternator, my car will start, but, nothing electrical will work now....I can't shift gears, the windows and moon roof do not work, the door locks, radio, panel lights....nothing is working...and it will not shift out of park....this is my only means of transportation and I am a single mother trying to make it and now my car is doing this, I can't afford to take it to a shop to be diagnosed or repaired, nor do I have a way to get it anywhere to be looked at since it won't even go into drive...If anyone has any idea of what I need to check or replace or try....please please let me know...I am LOST....Thank you so much.....
