1990 Lexus LS 400 Oil leak front center of engine

Just behind a black timing belt housing. Oil not comming out of vent hole in bottom of housing but just above and behind it. Possibly at engine joint above oil pan. Looks like sealing material there.

Front crank oil seal?

Which parts should be on hand before taking this apart? Remove radiator and power steering? Replace timing belt while here?

This is very probably a front crank shaft seal, it would bot hurt to replace the timing belt at this time, also check for any oil leaks from the cam shaft seals when the covers are removed, if OK don't touch them.
