2001 Lexus IS 300 been rear-ended

The car shakes after i hit 70mph n then proceed to slow down the brakes even after ive put new brake pads all the way around it always squeaking.

check the rims are not damaged .. have the wheels balanced and have brake hardware lubracted (shims/pins/backing plate)
