2003 Lexus GS 300 6 cyl 160000 miles

i replaced 1 and 2 cat convertors and still failed vehicle inspection "system not ready". How many miles must i drive for the system to be ready

usually around 40/50 miles with the fuel tank above the half way mark at all times !
