You say that your key FOB (remote) does not lock the drivers door. Does it lock the others? If so, and you can't hear a noise coming from the driver door when you push the lock/unlock button, then it is a faulty door lock actuator. It is always possible that there is a loose connection, the only way to check for this is to pop the door panel off and look at the plug in connectors.

For the rear window, can you hear the motor running at all when you push the button? Try using the button on the door with the window issues, as well as the main driver control button. Does the individual button work the window? If so, it is a faulty main driver control button. If not, it is probably the window motor. Again, you can pop the door panel off and check connections here as well before replacing the component.

I've found that the remote will open the locked door, but only sometimes it will lock it. I'll check the rear window. I can hear it click when I push the button. Also, where could I get good replacement parts at a reasonable price. What would the estimate be to replace these parts if they need to b e changed. I think the dealer is way overpriced. Thank you.

Below is the estimate for brand new OEM parts plus labor charges. This is only an estimate and could change drastically, considering where you are located and the brand of parts you choose.

If the door is only locking sometimes, but is always unlocking, I would suggest disassembling your key FOB (remote) and replacing the battery. While it is open, clean the contact surfaces CAREFULLY with appropriate cleaner. This is a very cheap fix if it does cure the issues. Do this BEFORE buying any replacement parts. The window that is not moving, it is clicking or is it just the button being pushed that clicks once? Constant clicking noise? If motor is running then it would make a more vibration type noise then a clicking noise. As for where to buy your parts, I always suggest Dealer parts. They are more expensive, but for a reason. If you choose to go with an OEM parts supplier instead of the dealer, you will need to get quotes for the parts at local auto part stores and don't be afraid to check your local salvage yards. They may be used parts, but hey, all vehicles run on used parts...right? Or else, they would be brand new vehicles just sitting there heh. You can also shop online, eBay is a very secure place to shop. Just ensure that, if you find the part, it is new and it is being sold from a store, not an individual.
