I attempt to turn on high beams, no change?

have low beams but when I attempt to turn on high beams, no change. High beam light comes on in dash.
fuses good, continunity on bulbs good.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a faulty dimmer switch.
Since the bulbs are good and the wiring does not have any short the issue points to a bad switch.
