2002 Lexus ES 300 Is my Engine falling out?

I had my 2002 lexus es300 in the shop for a oil seal

leak, they took the trens out to repair, since i

picked it up, I've had a issue with front end noise

and knocking ever since. When I tap the break,

press the gas, go over any kind of small bump or

minor road crease there is a bumping in the front

end. It feel like some major part is loose, just not

sure which one!
