I have a 2001 Lexus ES300, 170k miles, I'm trying to determine why my car vibrates slightly when I get up to higher speeds, 65+mpg, on highway or freeway. I notice it mainly in steering wheel. It appears to be getting worse. I haven't taken it in yet, but am about to. Do you have an idea as to why?

in the old cars we used to drive it was always from a busted belt in the tire check on the walls of your tires for little bubbles, that or maybe need new ball joints
