Get a wheel balance done first and if you still feel any vibration under breaking have the rotors machined, you can fit any 12V fog lamp kit with out any problem.

thanks alot for your answer, I brought the car used so i was afraid I made the wrong choice I paid a very low price for the car so I assumed a few things would have to be adjusted being it has 92000 miles but I was told it was low for a lexus my neighbor has 220k on his and he says works perfectly amazing. Ok i'm getting my wheel balance tomorrow there doing the front wheel balance, is that alI need just the front? Im not to swift on cars so forgive me. And I will get some fog lights put in. When do you recommend timing belt change I was told 100k, and is it ok if i go to a side shop that works on lexus and toyotas ? because its half the cost. Any input would be great and thanks again if you have time to answer questions of mine

It would be a good idea to have a rotation & 4 wheel balance then you know that all will be ok, the general rule is steering wheel shimmy is front tyres, steering suspension or front rotors under braking, and general body vibration not felt in the steering will be rear wheel & drive line related, as for the timing belt, it will be ok to have a general workshop do the timing belt, get it replaced now, as it is due to be replaced, and engine damage will occur if it fails.
