My 99 Lexus is always well taken care of and oil changed every 3000 miles. Recently, the engine has started to make a tiny rattling sound. This sound only grows as the car is driven more during the day. At the start of the day, the car is fine and never makes the noise, but the more miles the car packs on during the day the louder it becomes and only when accelerating. I've taken it to the shop but they cannot reproduce the noise and they say everything looks fine. What could it be?
