1993 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Manual

I HAVE A 1993 LEXUS E 300 AND ITS A 5 SPEED, ITS SWITCH GEARS LIKE ITS SUPPOSE TO BUT ITS NOT GOING FORWARD NOR WILL IT GO IN REVERSE...WHAT COULD THIS PROBLEM BE, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE CLUTCH BUT I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T.

It could be a clutch problem, a transmission problem or even a differential problem but simply looking at the driveshaft will tell if it's turning or not.

Other than that your going to have to get the transmission removed before your going to be able to see what the problem is.
