1993 Lexus ES 300

Electrical problem
1993 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Automatic 180000 miles

My 1993 es300 has 180,000 miles. Drives fine.

The needles on the speedometer do not light up.
I checked the fuses and they are ok.

These needles are the TEMPERATURE NEEDLE, THE SPEED NEEDLE and the GAS NEEDLE... all 3 work fine...except they dont light up... How could I fix this...?
Or where should I check...?
