Codes P060B and P1343, car shut off after going through an auto car wash?

Never had problems with our car starting. Today, I went through an automatic car wash and realized the sunroof was partially open as water started coming in. Immediately closed it. After I left the car wash, about 2 minutes later, my car shut off. It wouldn't start up, it wanted to but wouldn't stay on. All the lights inside and out work, dashboard, etc. My husband has a tool he hooked up to the car and it gave 2 error messages, P060B and P1343. He thinks something got shorted out. Please help! I love my car and want to fix it. Thank you.

So, the mechanic shop replaced a sensor in the car. It was running fine and then my check engine came on and the car won't start again. My husband used his tool to see what error codes would come up and it wasn't showing anything. So, I think we're going to try and get it to our local Lexus dealer for service. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the PCM has gone out. Here is the location of the unit and how to replace it, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. You might want to see if the water got into the PCM or into the electrical connectors.
