Left Turn Signal is Dim and the hazard lights are not working

The problem started yesterday. Truck started like normal, no issues. When i turned on my left turn signal it is very dim and the gas gage little stick is flickering with the left turn signal. There is no issue with the right turn signal. It works fine and so do my other lights.I tried to turn on my hazard lights which worked up till yesterday but they arent working either. Thought it could be a fuse but now thinking it could be a short circuit some where. Any help would be great Im completely clueless about this stuff.
