How do you remove and replace the rear backing plate on my vehicle listed above? Also, the emergency cable from the knuckle.

In order to get the backing plate off, you need to remove the wheel hub and then unbolt it.
Then for the parking brake cable, you need to unbolt that from the backing plate. I included the specific portions of the directions here for you to review.
