Leaking from steering rack boot?

Does it leaking from the boot is it cost from the seals or is it just me changing the boot and will it be fixed by doing that or do I have to repair the seals also if that's what the problem is.

Which boot? Steering rack? If so, then changing the boot will not help, you will need to replace the rack and pinon. Here is how you will need to get an alignment after the work is completed.
