leaking coolant

i noticed that my car is leaking coolant and is getting very loud i really noticed it a couple days ago but i started putting coolant in there but now its coming out where i can see just dripping and dripping

I can't see it or hear it as well as you can, but if I had to guess, given the multiple symptoms, I'd look at the water pump. Failed bearings in it will cause lots of noise and the shaft will walk away from the seal and let coolant leak out.
