I have a leak/crack in my radiator, and I'm wondering if there are ways to fix it, or if I need to replace my radiator all together? Also, if I have to replace, approximately how much am I looking at paying?
Thanks!

A long time ago you would be able to have a radiator shop just replace the plastic tank. With the price of radiators so cheap now it is better you replace it with a new one.

I found a leak this afternoon and then smoke or vapor started coming out from under my hood. It was leaking some orange liquid which made me think it was leaking coolant. Can someone tell me what hose this is?

Hello,

The orange liquid is the newer style coolant. So it's a heater hose most likely, The video is kind of dark to identify the actual one but I think I can find a diagram of all of them and you should be able to identify it from that. Is that the drivers side of the motor in the front coming up from below along the radiator?.That diameter hose is very likely a heater hose. Can you tell where it leads to. If it leads to the fire wall and going into the cab of the car it definitely is a heater hose.

This guide can help

Hello,

Yes, I think I can see which one your talking about. Is it a hard plastic not the rubber one you can see on top but the one underneath? The upper one is a heater hose and will have coolant the lower one looks like its a emissions and it wouldn't have coolant. Your having a coolant problem though correct?
