coolant added to radiator and reservoir tank at oil change. The next day i noticed puddling around the radiator. heat works.

Hi,
Is the coolant level low again? Also, if you see it near the radiator, chances are it is the radiator leaking and puddling near the bottom
Check where the water filler sub assembly has any leaks where it attaches to the radiator and its outlet as well. Additionally, check the reservoir hose and radiator cap to see if anything is wet.
I attached a picture below so you can see what I am referring to.
If there are no leaks, we need to pressure test the system to see where there is a leak. Here is a link that shows how to do it. Note: You will need a pressure tester. Most parts stores will lend one to you.
