I put a new radiator in last night and drove it home and the trans. slipped a little bit. In the morning, I went to the store and it slipped again. I got out of the store and backed out, I noticed a lot of trans fluid on the ground. I tried to put it in drive and it didn't work so i turned it off and called for a tow. I saw that the transmission stopped working when fluid leaked out the cooling hose now, if i fixed the leak and put oil in will it work again or is it to late and the damage is done to the gears ( bad transmission) ?

Chances are fix the leak, fill the fluid, and buzz off happily into the sunset, however, if we're to believe the mileage you listed, the transmission is WAY overdue for a rebuild.
