Leak around the oil pan gasket?

I'm planning to change the gasket. Unfortunately, I'm unsure of the name of the specific pan I need to order. Suppose you're looking at the pic. I labeled 2 pans. The one that I need to change the gasket is the one that has the arrow with the question mark. Please help.

Hi,

I believe the arrow is pointing at the transmission oil pan. Could you get a picture from a little further back so I can get a wider-angle view?

Also, if it is the trans, the fluid should have a reddish color to it.
