Had a small pinhole like leak that was causing smoke. It is located just below to the left of the oil dip stick location.

That may be antifreeze smoking it will leave a wet mark on the block so have it pressure checked either at auto parts or by a mechanic. It could possibly be a head gasket problem or cracked hose to coolant system.

It looks like power steering fluid on the concrete to me.
I see the fluid all over that side of the engine near that dipstick and squirting out.
I would remove the serpentine belt, so that would stop the power steering pump from pumping and see if the squirting stops.
Does the fluid on the ground smell like the power steering fluid in the pump?
The high pressure line at the back of the power steering pump can be squirting out this fluid. Check if the line is cracked, loose or if there is a seal, check the seal so you will have to remove the high pressure line from the back of the pump and check the seal.

Thanks for your reply. It ended up being a crack in the thermo sensor for my coolant. I thought it was power steering as well. Cheap plastic piece that cracked.

I think that is coolant spraying out. If it is Dexcool (orange coolant) that could look like power steering fluid one the ground. Check your coolant and steering fluid. Whichever is low is leaking.

the easiest way is to smell the fluid. anti freeze and power steering fluid have two different smells.
