I have done a piston replacement job and it is starting very late after ten to fifteen cranks. After start engine is shaking a little bit.

Please help me.

Has the timing been installed correctly?
Have you tested the engine compression?
Is the MIL indicating and have you checked for trouble codes?
Were spark plugs checked/replaced?

Yes, timing checked it properly installed. Engine compression is good in all 3 cylinders.

It is showing an error code with crank seep sensor. I have replaced 2 times but still same code and delayed start.

If it is a crank sensor fault code, possible causes are
1. The timing is not correct.
2. Sensor is bad.
3. Sensor wiring has a break somewhere or the connection is bad. Check for a poor ground too.
4. Crank sensor rotor is damaged or gap between sensor and rotor out of specs.
5. The Engine Control unit wiring is not connected well or is faulty
