2000 Range Rover Buzzing Noise going over 50 mph?

I need someone to please tell me what is making a buzzing noise in my car. It sounds like its coming from under the hood or behind the dash. It only makes buzzing noise when I am driving 50 mph or so or more. I've checked and from what I can see nothing seems to be loose. I really think it sounds like an electric motor or something? Maybe its not, I do know that my car is in excellent condition and has only 53,000 miles on it. Its a 2000 Range Rover 4.6 HSE. Coincidently I got my oil changed earlier in the day, not sure if they did something. I wouldnt think accidental, maybe purposely or well I wouldnt put it past them, thats for sure. Who knows maybe they had nothing to do with it? If you are familiar with range rovers then I'm hoping you can help and probably will, Thanks
Oh and it seems to still be driving perfectly up to the speed where noise comes in, and was perfect before I took it to get oil changed. I have heard no sounds, felt nothing, nor saw anything coming that would have been a warning that something was gonna break, it just happened all of the sudden about 2 hours after I got my oil change.

just happened all of the sudden about 2 hours after I got my oil change. The only thing that Tech should do under the hood is open the oil filler cap so it can be refill.

I strongly recommend that you have the PCV system and oil pressure check

So it was ok for the first 2 hours after the oil change? Im gonna have to agree with Raz on this one, have the PCV and oil pressure checked, also be sure they used the correct weight oil and filter

Go back to whoever change the oil and ask if they used the manufactures recommended oil and filter. Get the PCV and Oil pressure tested and comeback with the results. Some forums states a problem with wind screen/cycling of the AC and TPS.

When it buzzs over 50mph does the engine misfire or hesitates??

I checked up on all the stuff you guys recommended, I think I need to replace the PCV, But dont think that is the problem.
I've tried hard listening to it, I have a slight hearing loss in one ear and it throws me off sometimes. But at first it sounded like buzzing, and still does sometimes but also starts sounding like other sounds like wind.

I'm 99% sure it's wind now because it does start around 50 mph but not all the time does it make sound. I started to realize over 50 mph or so was fast enough to get the wind whipping around the car. When the wind was blowing hard, even at 40 mph, the sound was loud. And the sound would vary in intensity level with the wind.
It through me off because I dont know if wind is just getting in, or on its way in it is causing something like plastic to vibrate which made it sound like buzzing at first?
I'm sure its getting in from around windshield because now I knew where to check and it is not sealed properly, so I purchased some sealant to put along the edges of windshield.
Hopefully, that is the only problem. But, can anyone tell me what else to look for in terms of what the wind could hitting/vibrating on its way into the cabin? Maybe the Plenum area?
