Engine Mechanical problem
1974 Range Rover Four Wheel Drive

while running car starts to sputter then seems like its starving for gas and if I press gas pedal it dies.If I wait a few minutes start it it goes for a 1/2 a mile then dies again.Have new fuel pump,new gas lines to and from carbs,new filters.4 mechcanics later and$ and it all started 1year ago going up a n moutian in Costa Rica.We can not get it to run right.Help me I'm going nuts.(v8 Twin carbs)
