Brakes

My son was in a accident and was rear ended by another car. About 2 or 3 days after the accident the rear brakes started to making a grinding noise. Can a rear end accident damage the brakes?

Not likely. But depends on how bad he was hit. Need to pull them apart and see what going on, may and probably be just worn linings.
