my 03 land rover discovery will not start. It will turn over but when i removed the spark plug, stuck it in the wire and tried to start it i did not get a spark. the day before both head lights burned out at the same time, i checked the bulbs. I have also checked the fuses, fuel pump, and everything i could think of. my question is what can go out to cause the spark plugs not to spark.
