When key is put in door to unlock jeep the alarm goes off. 2 garages have been unable to fix problem so jeep is currently left unlocked as if locked the alarm goes off when I attempt to unlock it and have to go to garage to be switched off. Garage tells me it is not possible to disconnect locking mechanism from alarm, is this so?
