my radiator hose split and my car overheated last night. after trying to apply a temporary fix for the hose, my oil light came on and stayed on. I also heard the tapping noise while driving. I put 7 quarts of oil in my car. however, my oil light is still on and won't go off. my oil stick shows that the car is full. what is happening.
