2005 Land Rover Defender The engine has lost a lot of power

I ahve changed the turbo and the electrical loom that sits in a bath of oil but the engin still sends out lots of fuel and the loss of power is still the same.

did you have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to retrieve any fault codes stored !
