1991 Land Rover Defender How to change a Universial Joint

I own a Landrover Defender and need to replace the UJ on the front drive shaft of the vehicle. I have looked in my Haynes manual and am unable to find anything to help me. I am wondering if you can tell me how to remove the old UJ and replace it with the new one i have bought.
