Knocking sound while accelerating and sound while turning left or right

I am getting weird sound while turning steering extreme right or left on bumpy road like "chee chee", and sometimes hear cat bell sound if bumping on road.

Second problem is when I accelerate I heard engine knocking sounds from engine.

What could be possible problems and solutions to these?
