Knocking sound

About two years ago the vacuum pump seal went bad, then the turbo went bad, I replaced both and two weeks later it started knocking and slipping from first to second gear. Could that possibly be the torque converter?

It does not sounds like it. Do you have a check engine light on? Because it sounds more like the turbine shaft speed sensor is going out. Lets run the codes to see what comes up. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

No check engine light, and no codes pull up, even with cummins insight (a buddy works at a shop and brought the computer home).

Where does the knock noise seem like it coming from? A video (from your phone) would help me see what is going on hard to tell, just guessing. Let me know.
