Hello. i bought an audi allroad 2.5 TDI 2002 yesterday but there is a very loud knocking sound coming from the air filter or intercooler hose. the car starts sometimes but its very weak. it starts but if i don’t press the gas pedal then it dies. when i bought it i could start it and go into gear and drive but it was very powerless and then when i drove some more it had less and less power. the sound is louder when i accelerate and now i can’t even start it and go into gear. if i try to go into gear when i start it it just dies.
If you know what it could be could you tell me the names of the parts needed to fix/replace?
and if it is possible to temporarily fix it so i can at least drive to my workshop (50km) since i can’t afford a tow truck here.
