Are the knock sensors on the inside of the intake manifold or are they on the bottom of the motor by the oil filter?

Where is the Knock sensor located?

Hi,
The knock sensors, two of them, are both located under the intake manifold. See pic 1 below.
The remaining pictures are the directions for the removal and replacement of the sensors.
