2001 Kia Sportage heater fan fuse location?

Please check the fuses first. below is a diagram of the fuse panel and a guide to show you how to check the fuses.

Test by step instructions to test the blower motor

BLOWER MOTOR DOES NOT OPERATE
Check HEATER fuse (30-amp). Fuse is located in passenger compartment fuse block, on left side kick panel. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, repair short in wiring harness. See WIRING DIAGRAMS. Replace fuse.

Disconnect blower motor 2-pin connector (located on underside of blower motor housing). Check for continuity between blower motor connector terminals No. 2 (Blue wire) and No. 1 (White wire). If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace blower motor.
Turn ignition on. Check for voltage between ground and blower motor harness connector terminal No. 2 (Blue wire or, Black/Red wire). If voltage is present, go to next step. If voltage is not present, repair open in Blue, or Black/Red wire.

Turn ignition off. Reconnect blower motor 2-pin connector. Turn blower motor switch to highest position. Back probe blower motor switch 8-pin connector. Turn ignition on. Check for voltage between ground and blower motor switch 8-pin connector terminal No. 1 (Black wire). See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If voltage is present, repair Black wire. If voltage is not present, replace blower motor switch.

Heater problem
2001 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

The problem that I am having is I just replaced the blower motor and it is still not turning on what could now be the possibly be the problem. Thanks, steve

check fuses
unplug motor wires
turn key on ,place fan switch on high
use a test light or a volt meter check for power and ground at the motor wiring
plug
what do you have missing
if power check fuses ,relay and ignition switch
if no ground suspect speed resister
