i WENT TO TURN THE DIAL FOR HEAT JUST NOW AND COLD AIR IS BLOWING iS THERE A FUSE i CAN REPLACE?

You could try replacing the thermostat. Its not that expensive and an easy repair to do your self. I know I replaced mine and it now works like a charm.
