Electrical problem
2000 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
when i start the suv the headlights don't come on every time. if i wait sometimes they will come on. the lights are very dull even then. i was thinking it could be a relay or a bad ground but i can't read the cover of the fuses under the hood or a wiring diagram.
