Four cylinder four wheel drive automatic 120,000 miles
A few months ago my wipers, A/C fan, and windows would all stop working at once. However, I could barely turn the ignition key back towards me and they would come back on. Now that little trick is not working and I cannot use my car at all. Any suggestions? The kia dealership said "it could be anything" and they will charge me $75.00 an hour to diagnose it. Thanks!
